"A spacious 2 double bedroom bungalow. Close to the city centre with views across Truro valley towards the Cathedral. South West facing front garden and enclosed rear courtyard garden with sunroom.

Double glazing, newly refurbished throughout with new energy efficient gas combi boiler, new carpets and new kitchen. This is a gem of a property; the rooms are of good size and there is plenty of built in cupboard space for storage. Large windows make the rooms light and airy. Family bathroom with bath and over-head power shower (the bathroom suite is currently primrose yellow, this might be seen as retro ?, the bathroom is clean and in good condition (The owners may look into the option of replacing this suite in the near future).

Parking is off road with a parking permit. 5 mins walk in to Truro City centre. Close to local amenities. This property would be perfect for a mature tenant/couple. Highly suitable for those with limited mobility or with care needs. Offered to let on a long term permanent basis. Viewing highly recommended.
