This two double bedroom semi-detached bungalow occupies a plot within the sought after Fairfield estate. The property is conveniently located for a wide range of local amenities, shops and supermarkets and is in close proximity to a regularly serviced bus route. The home is generally well presented throughout but the bungalow would benefit from some cosmetic updating in places. The plot would allow scope for an extension to the kitchen or the addition of a conservatory if desired.

The accommodation includes an entrance hall which benefits from a useful built-in storagecloakroom cupboard. There is a spacious lounge diner with a window to the front elevation and a living flame gas fire set into a feature fireplace. A door from the lounge diner leads through to the kitchen.
