A spacious and well-presented two double bedroom apartment offered to the market with no onward chain, overlooking the landscaped rear gardens. The property, which is located on the top floor of the luxurious McCarthy & Stone Retirement Living Plus development of Kings Place, was built in 2015 and is located in the heart of Fleet town centre.
