"A spacious 4 bedroom detached family home of 1900 sq ft with far reaching views to the front offering modern family living with 2/3 reception rooms, lovely modern kitchen/breakfast room and study. The property is well presented with some period features.
Much of the ground floor is laid with a beautiful herringbone parquet flooring including the sitting room, dining room and entrance hall that gives way to the principle living rooms. The sitting room is light and airy and benefits from having been extended to include a sun room that enjoys a rear garden aspect. French doors give access to the garden patio and there is an eye catching contemporary feature gas fireplace with stone surround that also features low level storage.
