"This Grade II listed period cottage which was built in the early 1880's and ideally situated in the picturesque St. Catherine's conservation area, demonstrates the early Arts and Crafts style, featuring well-proportioned rooms, high ceilings, latch timber doors, feature fireplaces, traditional lead single-glazed windows and an attractive Grade II listed front garden.
