Directional Note. From our office in Southbourne proceed in the direction of Pokesdown,take the left hand turning into Woodside Road which continues onto Parkwood Road, take the first right into Harvey Road and the first left into Colville Road.  

This superb semi-detached home is set in a most convenient location, being a short level walk to both Southbourne Grove and Boscombes array of shops and cafes, with local sandy beaches and Pokesdown train station also within a 10 minute walk away.
