"Sail Loft Studio is located in the heart of Downlong, just yards from Smeatons Pier, The Harbour and Bamaluz Beach. It is holiday let via Owners Direct and the vendors inform us that it achieved gross income in 2016 of aprox. ?35,000 and also has excellent returns for 2017. The property was previously an artist's studio and was renovated in 2015 to a high standard including gas fired under floor heating, double glazed windows and engineered white oiled oak flooring. The proximity to the fabulous beaches, great restaurants and Tate St Ives all add to the popularity of the property.
