This substantially extended three bedroom semi-detached family home occupies a plot within one of Wigston‘s most sought after locations, the private road that is Granville Road.

Although already extended there can be no doubt that the property does require a significant program of modernisation and refurbishment throughout. This would allow any potential buyers to add a lot of value following a purchase.
