"The location of this self contained property is fantastic, with the beautiful harbour front and pier around one corner and Bamuluz Beach (photo shown) around the other. Porthgwidden and Porthmeor Beach are a mere stroll away. This first floor apartment has its own entrance and traditional slate hung exterior. The property is currently being enjoyed as a holiday home and is to be sold with all existing bookings which will need to be honoured. The accommodation comprises living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and separate W.C. Outside, underneath the staircase, is a storage area suitable for beach gear. IMPORTANT NOTE. There is no parking available to purchase with this property.

ENTRANCE The property is accessed from Back Road East through a wooden gate into a communal courtyard or from a set of steps on the other side of the building. There is an external under stairs cupboard.
