"Gaze out over the bowling green and across to the city skyline, relaxed in the knowledge that this weekend you're home; home in Oxton, not at work! It's a view Nick & Jenny will certainly miss, so too the close proximity to the centre of Oxton Village just a couple of minutes stroll away...

Location, location So from a location point of view, and as all estate agents programmes will tell you this is of paramount importance, the location of this house is certainly top drawer. And what of the accommodation? Well, it's bright, friendly and welcoming. From the large wide hall to the through living and dining room and kitchen, both with those great views to appreciate. And the kitchen's not any old kitchen but rather a new one, fitted just months ago. You'll also notice a selection of oak veneered doors which have also just been added to the house making quite a significant contribution to the overall presentation - a nice touch. Upstairs Meanwhile the bathroom, looking still as if just out of the box, was fitted just summer '14. It's another bright room and a fair size too (once being two separate rooms). There's the added benefit of two windows now as well. Bedroom sizes are good, especially the third bedroom is worthy of a mention. It's not a standard 'box' room - much better than that. The main bedroom is to the front and the second double of course has the best views across to Liverpool. Back downstairs and to this great wide hall, a welcoming bright area and dare we say on the 1st September, room enough for the Christmas tree... Options The garage is integral and a lot deeper than we imagined it to be extending the full length of the house. This may give you ideas of taking a little off in order to create a utility/cloakroom or wet room for the future perhaps. Access from the garage leads to the kitchen and rear garden. Outdoors And this outdoor space is currently split into two sections. Just a formula that's worked for these homeowners. Either way it's good open space and low maintenance, so you can watch the bowling without worrying about doing the gardening later.... Locator From the centre of the Village, the bottom of Village Road, walk along Claughton Firs, pass the Shrew Pub and bear second right into Dudley. Given the descriptions of the views you'll realise the house will be on the left hand side.
