Here we have a gorgeous contemporary and spacious (roughly 1100sq ft) 3 bedroom detached new build home,  that has had the time and money spent on it to produce a high quality home. Perfect for a small family or couple.

The property consists of three bedrooms with one newly renovated ensuite with shower.

The master bedroom benefits from built in wardrobes to best make use of the space. Currently this room hosts a super king bed, and three windows makes this room feel fresh and light. This room is a blank canvas for decoration.

The second bedroom is a large double with plenty of room for storage.

The smallest bedroom is currently used as a double office; however this room can fit a single bed. This room would be perfect as a nursery or childrens bedroom.

There is also an upstairs cupboard which has been turned into a clothes rail and storage unit.

The family bathroom benefits from a bath with shower attachment and half tiled walls.
