"Miles and Barr are pleased to bring to the market this split-level semi-detached house. This home is very deceiving! From the front it looks like a bungalow but once inside it revels itself as a spacious four bedroom semi detached house. Situated on an elevated position offering great views across the Swale Estuary and out to sea. there is even a balcony leading off to the kitchen diner where you can sit and admire the view.

To the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a shower room, four steps lead you to the living room where you have panoramic sea views from the balcony. From the living room there is access to the kitchen/ diner with oak effect work tops.
The lower level comprises of the further two bedrooms and family bathroom. From the master bedroom you have double doors leading to decked area.
Outside you will find the rear garden which is mainly laid to lawn with a wooden log cabin. To the front of the property is off street parking for two cars.

With this property there is the added benefit of solar panels which are owned outright and the current owners have benefited from large savings on their electricity bill as a result of these.
