"Before you come and see this house, take a moment to take in the surroundings. The current owner had been round much of Uckfield and knew the location was right as soon as they pulled up. The wide road gives a very inviting feel and not claustrophobic like others they had seen.

If you have two cars they will feel at home on the drive as it will probably not be necessary to use them to get into Uckfield – most people just walk into town from here.

Once inside the house, it’s obvious to see the care that has been taken. Although the lounge is easily large enough to accommodate a dining table, it won’t be necessary as the conservatory is the perfect place to relax for your evening meal while gazing out to the beautifully landscaped rear garden. Why not invite some friends for a barbeque and soak up the summer sun?

The quality of the house continues upstairs with a lovely Heritage suite in the bathroom and fitted wardrobes in two bedrooms will lessen the need to buy that furniture on arrival.

The part brick built shed in the rear garden is complimented by power and lighting so maybe the children can use it as a play house while you have the house to yourself?

What the Owner says:

We viewed a lot of houses when we were looking and couldn’t find one with the amount of space this one has. It feels just like a semi-detached with the side access and only having a neighbour on one side.

When we stepped through the door we knew we had to have it. The quality and build of the conservatory provides us with a second reception room used as a great dining area. The extra space also makes the lounge feel more relaxing.

We had the fences at the back of the garden replaced and also had all the facias and soffits replaced. The garden is really inviting and we often have friends over for barbeques.
