"This is a truly delightful property which has been extended to the front and rear, decorated to a high standard so now provides a high quality home.

The living room is an absolute delight with the extended area to the rear overlooking the garden and with two roof light windows providing an immense amount of light into the room. The kitchen has been extended in a similar manner with roof lights and doors opening onto the rear garden. The kitchen has been equipped to a high standard with cream country style wall and base units with wood effect worktops over and with space for a cooking range with extractor over, plumbing for dishwasher, washing machine, space for fridge freezer and integral microwave oven. The flooring is engineered wood which finishes off this room perfectly.

The main bedroom is a good sized double with a further double room and a good sized single room.

There is a well appointed family bathroom with white 4 piece suite having separate corner shower cubicle.

To the outside the property is reached over the long driveway which leads to the single garage with electronic door, light and power; this driveway provides ample parking for several cars.
