"Pine Lodge offers an incoming purchaser an excellent mix of formal and informal accommodation with very well presented accommodation spread over two floors. In our view the property offers scope for further enlargement based on the fact it sits on a nice wide plot or indeed possible complete redevelopment of the site, but of course these suggestions are subject to the appropriate planning consents and residents association approvals being obtained.
