"A four bedroomed end of row townhouse (one of four) that offers three reception rooms, enclosed gardens and private parking located in a popular near town centre cul de sac on the favoured south side of Harrogate. With gas fired central heating the property briefly comprises; entrance vestibule with a stained glazed feature entrance door into a delightful reception hall, bay fronted lounge, dining room, morning room, fitted modern kitchen with a gas fired Aga, rear entrance lobby with a utility area and luxury guest toilet / shower room. At first floor there is a landing with a pull down ladder providing access to a partly boarded storage loft.
