This is an attractive blonde sandstone Victorian villa sitting in the centre of Giffnock. The property has been well maintained by the current owners and retains a wealth of 'Period' features. It sits within substantial gardens with wooded areas, terrace, vegetable patches and on this side of the property there is a manicured lawn, which is surrounded by beautifully stocked flower beds. This garden sits to the south of the property therefore enjoys a high degree of sunlight throughout the day. On the north side of the property there is a private driveway, which is large enough for several vehicles. This leads to a double detached garage which has a vehicle turntable.
