"A wisteria clad entrance canopy and lovely oak front door lead to a very welcoming reception hall with an original brick surround fireplace and exposed floor boards. From here, one can access the sitting room, conservatory, study and kitchen and there is a proper downstairs cloakroom with space for coats. The sitting room is a bright triple aspect room with a stone surround open fireplace and leaded windows looking onto the conservatory. However, this house gets really exciting as you enter the true hub of this home - the extensive kitchen/dining/family room. The kitchen has been fitted in a Mark Wilkinson style with bespoke hand built units and marble worksurfaces and a contrasting central breakfast bar unit. Fitted appliances include a Lacanche 5 burner gas range cooker. There is space for an American style fridge/freezer. There is more than ample space for an 8 seater dining table and plenty more space besides. A walk in pantry has matching fitted cupboards either side for non perishable foods, whilst a separate utility room houses plumbing for the usual appliances. The formal dining room is a great entertaining room featuring an extraordinarily carved timber fire surround and there is also a family/tv room with built in furniture to accommodate a large flat screen tv. A deep built in storage cupboard is a great space for housing toys or similar.

A turning staircase provides a great view of the garden and leads to the first floor landing. The master suite enjoys a lovely large double aspect bedroom with twin fitted wardrobes and a separate walk in closet. The en-suite bathroom is smartly fitted with a large bath with mixer taps and shower attachment and separate tiled shower cubicle. The other four bedrooms on this floor would all comfortably afford a double bed and three out of four have attractive fitted wardrobes. There are two family bathrooms, perfect for large families or accommodating guests.
Accessed from the kitchen is a separate annexe area with a ground floor shower room and stairs leading to an enormous eaved multi-functional room. One could easily convert this into two or three individual rooms if so desired and it is a bright area by virtue of its triple aspect.

The house is heated via a gas central heating system to radiators, the windows in the annexe, being a more recent addition are double glazed whilst the original house enjoys the original leaded light windows."
