" Being offered for sale with no upward chain is this well presented three bedroom home with field views and good size rear garden. Internally there is a refitted four piece bathroom, kitchen/breakfast room, lounge and dining area. A double glazed door leads into the hallway which has wood laminate flooring, radiator and storage cupboard. The lounge area has a double glazed window overlooking fields, open fire, radiator and TV point. An archway leads through to the dining area which has a double glazed window, wood laminate flooring, telephone point, radiator and stairs to first floor landing. The kitchen/breakfast room has a double glazed window, base and wall mounted units with complimentary work tops over, cooker point, space for upright fridge/freezer, plumbing for both washing machine and dishwasher. The refitted four piece bathroom has a bath, separate walk in corner shower cubicle, low level WC, pedestal wash hand basin, radiator, tiled flooring and a double glazed window. Upstairs the first floor landing has a double glazed window and access to the loft. All three bedrooms have double glazed windows and radiators.
