" Situated in the popular village of Great Lumley, this three bedroom semi detached house backs on to a woodland copse to the rear and offers an excellent garden, sizeable off street parking and a detached garage.

Access is over a block-paved driveway which will take two or three cars, with an adjacent front lawn. The hallway leads to the lounge with electric fire and window overlooking the front garden. The lounge leads to a dining area and onward into the orangery at the rear, overlooking the rear garden.

The kitchen updated approx. fours ago, has a fan assisted oven, induction hob, extractor, plumbing for a washing machine, space for a fridgefreezer and rear door to garden.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms, two doubles and a single bedroom as well as the family bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin.
