A semi detached chalet style house which was built in the 1980s and is finished with principally colour washed rendered elevations, under a tiled roof. The design of the layout includes one of the bedrooms and the bathroom being on the ground floor, which could suit different requirements. The accommodation is well presented and has undergone a number of improvements, including the refitting of the kitchen/diner and the bathroom. Also, a shower room has been created on the first floor.
