SITUATION Plymouth is a city adjacent to one of the most natural harbours in the world. To the north is the Dartmoor National Park extending to over 300 square miles and which provides excellent recreational facilities. There is mainline train service to London (Paddington) and to Penzance in West Cornwall. Plymouth has its own airport with flights to inland destinations. DESCRIPTION This classic 1930's bow bay fronted semi detached house is located within the esteemed Venn Estate and one of the City's most favoured residential suburbs. Close to Kings School and within the catchment area of Manadon Vale Primary School, the house is conveniently located to give access to both the City Centre, some two miles away and the A38 just a quarter of a mile away from the property. The second double bedroom is fitted with a full range of fitted cupboards and wardrobes whilst a large luxury bathroom concludes the first floor accommodation. The bathroom is fitted with a double ended, roll top bath mounted on a plinth with centrally positioned telephone style mixer taps and shower set, WC, pedestal wash hand basin and a corner tiled shower enclosure with electric shower and sliding doors. Three walls are stylishly tiled and the room is complemented by laminate flooring and recessed ceiling spotlights. The house stands on a generous plot that includes a small front garden with adjacent gate, path and steps leading to the front door, a private hardstand finished in herringbone brick pavia, a single garage equipped with power and light and a well proportioned back garden, predominantly laid to lawn with two patios and a raised timber deck with storage under that is secluded and private to the rear.
