" This beautiful Edwardian semi-detached house with a self-contained annexe has been substantially extended to provide spacious and versatile accommodation. Whilst retaining many original features, the house has been sympathetically updated with modern convenience in contemporary style. The entrance hall, with a guest cloakroom, has a walnut floor that extends into the main double reception room. This has a bay window to the front and a magnificent original marble mantelpiece with a tiled surround to an open hearth. The sitting area also has an original open fireplace with a mantelpiece and tiled surround. This is open to the kitchen with double doors out to the rear terrace and garden. There are multiple light painted fitted units with quartz work tops incorporating cupboards and drawers. There is space for a large fridge freezer, a gas range cooker with an extractor overhead, a ceramic Belfast sink and a dishwasher. A step down leads to the wonderfully bright dining room with folding doors out to the south westerly rear terrace and garden.
