" A 2 bedroom Semi-Detached house in this popular location in Hampshire. The house has gated parking for several cars to the front and access to the rear garden. The accommodation comprises of a newly filled kitchen with a ranger of wall and base units and work surface over. The kitchen has a duel aspect to the front and back and opens into a dining area. Of the Hall is the main Reception room with a cast iron wood burner and double glazed window to the front. Other rooms on the ground floor are the separate dining room, family bathroom and conservatory with double glazed French doors to the rear garden.

Upstairs there are 2 good size bedrooms and a study room. The master bedroom is a good size and had windows to the front and back of the house. The rear garden is accessed from the dining room or the conservatory and is well laid out. There is currently a good size shed for the chickens and a hard standing to the side. The house is mainly double glazed and is one to come and view.

The semi-rural location provides a wonderful atmosphere of English country life.
