" Kings Worthy is very popular with families because of its proximity to the city and station, and because it has such great facilities locally.

The house was built in 2008, and offers super light, space and flexibility, immaculately presented by the owners in attractive, muted tones. An excellent wide, central hallway ties the ground floor accommodation together beautifully as it stretches from front to back, while the rooms are all very pleasing in size. To the front of the house is a spacious dining room with attractive bay window, and just behind this there is a shower room allowing the dining room to be used as a double bedroom if required. Beyond the shower room is a super family room - close to the kitchen ensuring it is an excellent place for the children to play in. At the rear of the house is a welcoming sitting room with double doors out to the garden. On the other side of the hall a beautifully appointed, refurbished kitchen with ceramic tiled floor and smart wooden units, while appliances included a range cooker and fitted dishwasher. A useful utility room alongside has doors to the garden and in to the good-sized integral garage, which houses the boiler and pressurised tank.

The wonderful light and space is equally evident on the first floor, with a spacious landing providing ample space to be used as an office if desired. The master bedroom dominates the rear of the house - a large, elegant, L-shaped room with stylish en-suite which includes both a roll-top bath and shower. Bedrooms two and three are both good rooms also, and these share a family shower room.

Outside to the front of the house is ample off road parking on the driveway. Rear access down both sides, with plenty of storage areas, reveals a pretty, low-maintenance garden with central patio dissecting an area of lawn.
