LOCATION: The bungalow is particularly well positioned within a comfortable level walk of the village centre, station and infant and junior schools.
Liss village is situated in the South Downs National Park. The A3 bypasses the village, providing easy access to the south coast and the M25 and London to the north. The opening of the Hindhead tunnel has enhanced  the attraction of this sought after location, potentially attracting people wishing to move out from the traditional commuter belt and suburbs but still being able to return there for work. The other nearby towns of Petersfield, Alton and Haslemere are all easily accessible, as are the cities of Chichester and Portsmouth.

DESCRIPTION: This well maintained semi detached bungalow couldn't much more conveniently  positioned for the village centre. The accommodation is particularly bright, spacious and well arranged. Externally the property is virtually maintenance free with Upvc fascias and soffits along with double glazed windows and doors. Equally the attractive garden is easily managed. A double glazed side door leads out too the cover side way which provides an ideal outside drying area for washing. 

Both the bedrooms are generous doubles, the large main bedroom overlooks the rear garden and the bright second bedroom, at the front, has a built in double wardrobe. The bathroom has been adapted to accommodate a walk in hip bath and there is a modern washbasin, low level w.c and half tiled walls. Double glazed side window and vinyl floor covering.

The bungalow does offer tremendous potential to develop, subject to consent. Many of a similar design, close by have been enlarged  into the large loft space.

Outside there is a detached garage and parking located at the end of the garden, this is approached via Barnside Way and Rushfield Road.

The garden to the front is paved with a raised heather border to the front and stone boundary wall, shallow steps lead down from the front pavement and a well stocked shrub border leads down to the side, the  
 path continues under the covered area to the rear garden. There is further high gate on the side boundary from a pedestrian path leading to Rushfield Road. The rear garden is attractively laid with paved patio areas, two lawns, and shingle area with various flowering shrubs, path leads down to the garage and rear entrance. To the rear of the bungalow there is an outside tap and lighting to the side.
