" A wonderful detached family home situated in a highly sought after location within the ever popular Downland village of Ditchling. The property offers versatile accommodation which is very well presented throughout and includes on the ground floor, a triple aspect drawing room with direct access out to the rear garden, a sitting room which has doors leading into the conservatory which looks out onto the gardens. The kitchen is fitted with a range of units with built-in double oven and complimenting working surfaces and is situated directly from the dining room. There is a fully fitted and plumbed utility room. To the front of the property is a study, which has also been used as an occasional guest bedroom. On the first floor, the master bedroom has an en suite and the further three bedrooms are served by the family bathroom. From the first floor landing and one of the bedroom you can access the extensive eaves storage spaces.

Situation
Shirleys is a private no through road, situated in the picturesque Downland village of Ditchling. The village has a variety of local shops, including arts and craft workshops, a museum, a post office, newsagent and delicatessen. In addition there are pubs including The Bull, restaurants, a village church and a primary school. A wider range of shops is available at Hassocks, about 2 miles to the west, which also has a mainline train station to London Bridge/Victoria (approximately 55 minutes). The city of Brighton and the south coast are about 9 miles distant. The A23/M23 provides good access to Gatwick and the national motorway network.
