The sheer size of the downstairs accommodation and the fact that the garden is unoverlooked initially attracted us to our home.We have found it to be a lovely quiet area to live in and it would be the perfect place to raise a family. Since we have lived here we have redecorated throughout and replaced the boiler and added the patio. So it is all ready for the next occupants to move straight in.The spacious ground floor rooms work wonderfully as they interconnect which makes it a great place to have social gatherings or they can be shut off to give separate living rooms for those moments when you need some peace and quiet.
