" Looking for a place to work from home or a self contained annex for family to live with you yet be self sufficient? Then this four bedroom home one in annex office with beautiful kitchen featuring an Aga, open plan lounge dining room with views over front and rear pretty gardens and ample parking is perfect.

Nestled in the heart of Dormansland and in one of the most sought after roads in the village with access to the local shops and amenities as well as train station for London, bus links, access to M23 5 and Gatwick offers so much. With Lingfield just down the road for more shops, restaurants, CoOp and Tesco plus the well loved Lingfield Park for racing and the larger town of East Grinstead with schools for all ages, cinema and so much more you are spoilt for choice of where to enjoy first.

The current vendors have loved living here and over the years have done some lovely finishing touches. Approached by a driveway and also ample parking in front of the house and the side as well as stunning front gardens to enjoy throughout the seasons, you are drawn in to have a look around and explore. The main house offers some wonderful space and as soon you walk in there is a warm welcome. There is solid wood flooring throughout most of the house which gives the house a great flow. The front garden is a great size and has a gorgeous seating area, shed and is beautifully landscaped with varying plants and trees to enjoy throughout the seasons. There is a useful side access and the rear garden has more areas to enjoy. A raised seating area and also patio area make for a great place to watch the sun go down or get out that BBQ whilst the lawns could be great for the children. There is also a useful storage room to the side with power and lighting for any tools or even beloved motorbikes.

For parking the driveway can take two cars and there is also parking to the left of the property too you certainly won t struggle to park!

The house also offers solar panels to keep those bills down and also is extremely economical in the current climate.
