This is a great flat and we have really enjoyed staying there while refurbishing it. Situated on the 7th and 8th floors the views are wonderful - West London and the Wembly Arch in one direction and Richmond Park in the other.

On the lower floor there is an open plan kitchen and living area with a private balcony, big enough to sit out on.  

Upstairs there are two good size double bedrooms and the bathroom.  Both rooms are really light and have excellent storage.  Each room has a  double bed and mattress, bedside table and light, desk, chair and shelves, with good inbuilt wardrobe and shelved cupboard space.  

The bathroom is fresh white with plain tiles, chrome fittings and a black slate floor.

There is gas central heating. Locally there are a few shops within walking distance - Co op, Post office and Chemist etc.  Bus stops between 100 and 300 m away inc, 969, 170, 430, 639, 493, 265, 72 and N74.

Outside there is free parking and community gardens but one of its biggest assets is its proximity to the fantastic Richmond Park, which is about  5 mins walk away.  The neighbours are variously private owners/tenants and council tenants - mostly families from what we can tell.
