DIRECTIONS: Travelling from Bath through the village of Marksbury turn left at the petrol filling station towards Farmborough. Past the New Inn public house on the left and take the next left into Timsbury Road. Follow the road to Timsbury and at the junction turn left into North Road. Proceed to the end following the road and on the edge of the village the property will be found on the right hand side recognised by the for sale board. Given the fact that there is no off road parking on first viewing it is often best to park further along the road or in nearby Lansdown Crescent.
