" Find this nifty one bed pad just a short walk from Sydenham station and buzzing high street. There is a big double bedroom, front facing reception and plenty of storage space in this well laid out flat. Add a bright, eat-in kitchen with views over the communal garden and an enviable location and youn++re onto a winner. Peak Hill is a pretty spot within easy reach of Sydenham, Forest Hill and handy transport links. The path to the house leads through the front garden and up to the post-box red front door. The entrance to the flat is first on your left. Once inside youn++ll find the reception taking the front spot, stealing a bright bay window and lots of light with it. The ceilings are high and there are beautiful varnished floorboards underfoot. The bedroom sits just behind, peacefully overlooking the communal garden n++ youn++re sure to get a good nightn++s sleep here! Dulwich Park and Village is close too for some smart eats, as are Crystal Palace Triangle and Lordship Lane for more options. Very locally, pop to That's Amore for a super Italian meal.
