" A beautifully presented five bedroom end of terrace house. The period property maintains a number of the original features including the ornate cornicing in the entrance hall. There are two reception rooms that lead off the main hallway, both have fireplaces and the front reception room has a bay window enhancing the amount of natural light in the room. At the rear of the house is a superb open plan kitchen/breakfast room with underfloor heating finished to an exceptional standard throughout. The kitchen has a breakfast bar area and a significant amount of worktop space. There is ample space for a separate seating and dining area and concertina doors open on to the South-West facing garden. There is decking to the side of the house which is a great entertaining area and there is also a side gate that opens on to the garden. A cloakroom is located off the kitchen, with access down to the cellar. There is an additional cupboard off the kitchen that contains the washing machine. The five bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first and second floors of the house. The main family bathroom has a separate bath and shower.
