It is on the market for the first time in over four decades and has been well-maintained and modernised by the current owners. With level gardens at the front, side, and rear, as well as a double garage, there is plenty of scope to enlarge or extend. The property is double glazed and features original parquet flooring. The ground floor provides a guest W.C. two reception rooms, and a kitchen breakfast room with a separate utility. Up-stairs a well-proportioned landing leads to four bedrooms including the principal double aspect room with an ensuite.
