Situated in Old Woking, this one bedroom flat has a good solid quality - it feels like a new-build.

Constructed ten years ago, the development has been exceptionally well cared for, with quiet outside common areas and neat and tidy halls and interiors.

The flat itself has been fully furnished and partly re-decorated recently, both to a very good standard.

Four rooms off a common corridor, as well as lots of handy storage space, give the flat a very natural feel.

Everything works!

The West-facing living room and bedroom catch a good bit of evening sunshine.

Access to the A3 is very easy as you're on the right side of Woking - great if you're commuting to London or the rest of Surrey by car.

Woking station is also only half an hour by foot or ten minutes by bike.

I am letting this flat independently which means no huge fees (only a £75 fee for referencing, which Upad manage), and I'll also be managing it myself so it'll be me on the end of a phone if ever anything goes wrong.

All utilities are already in place and can be easily transferred. There will be no gas bill!

There is a Sainsbury's local and a Shell garage located conveniently close to the flat, as well as a doctor's surgery and a dentist within a kilometre.
