" Butlers Place is a well designed and stylish gated development in Milford, specifically for discerning buyers over the age of 55. Set back and beside Milford House, Butlers Place has mature landscaped communal gardens and views over an adjoining field and woodland.

This spacious first floor, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is perfect for any discerning downsizer. On entering the apartment you are greeted by a generous entrance hall which benefits from a security entrance intercom together with a large storage cupboard and a walk-in airing cupboard. All the rooms are accessed independently from the hall. The inviting, west-facing sitting room is flooded by natural light and offers a comfortable space for both relaxing as well as dining.
