" Set within a popular residential and established road within Pyrford, an extended 1950s four bedroom, four reception, three bathroom detached home with benefit of an in & out drive.

Home to the current owners for in-excess of fifty years and extended in 1988 and 2007, the accommodation now maximises the use of the plot with addition of added reception space and bathrooms. The additional ground floor space now offers an integral garage and a combined WCutilityshower room whilst upstairs the master bedroom has an en-suitedressing area. The main bathroom has been moved to create larger four piece suite and a larger landing where there are two useful double storage cupboards.
