Believed to have been built in the 1960's by Stanley Stone (Chelsea) Limited of brick and block cavity walls with part colourwashed elevations having a tiled, felted, insulated and partially boarded roof. The property is in a good state of repair and benefits from gas central heating, double glazing and cavity wall insulation. The kitchen was hand made and was fitted in December 2009 and the gas fired combination boiler which is to be found in a cupboard in the kitchen was installed in 2010.
