Location The village has a thriving community and benefits from an excellent village shop/post office, public house and a primary school. There is a wide range of shops in nearby Malmesbury and good road communications to the regional employment centres of Bristol, Swindon, Reading and London via the M4 motorway network. Frequent main line rail services to Paddington operate from Swindon, Chippenham and Kemble. The Property Thought to date from the 16th Century and Grade II Listed, this former barn has been converted to a high standard in a contemporary style. Sitting on a natural Cotswold stone plinth, it has weatherboarded elevations under a half hipped reclaimed tiled roof. Close boarded boundary fence and a stone outbuilding with power and light, with a walled courtyard adjacent. Services Mains water, electricity and drainage are connected. External oil fired boiler for wet underfloor heating system on the ground floor and radiators upstairs. Pressurised hot water system and fitted water softener in the utility room.
