" I would challenge you to find a better home for a family with small children or perhaps one on the way. What a comfortable home this is with a modern fitted kitchen with space for a table, a handy downstairs cloakroom and a living room from which you can watch the kids play in the garden. Because you are on the corner you have that little bit extra width in the garden, which makes all the difference, and getting to your parking space and garage is easy via the gate at the bottom. If you do have little ones then you will appreciate the en-suite shower room, it will save you a fortune in shampoo not being used as bubble bath.If you are wondering about the neighbourhood then ask the owners who, like so many of the people that live in the village, wish to stay in St Augustine’s. It’s not just the pleasant surroundings that are attractive, the spectacular Downs countryside is great for walks on a Sunday, it’s that you are only a few minutes drive from Canterbury and the train station in Chartham. If you have children you can walk across the road to the playground and if they are bit older the village has an adventure play ground which is always popular. There is a primary school in Chartham which has one of the biggest playing fields you have ever seen and a good reputation.

What the Owner says:

We have very much enjoyed living in a peaceful no through road. Having the best of both worlds being right in the middle of beautiful surrounding countryside yet so close to Canterbury itself. For these reasons we would very much like to buy our next house on the St Augustines development. One of the many things that attracted us to the property in the first place was how light the property feels its living space and the fact there is plenty of parking.
