The adjacent fenced paddock extends to approximately 1.5 acres and would make an excellent extended vegetable garden, grazing for small animals, or retained as a pasture meadow.

Location The property is ideally situated just minutes from the A30, less than 10 minutes from the RedruthCamborne conurbation and 15 minutes from the amenities of the county town of Truro. Truro offers a mainline rail link to London, as well as a range of national and independent shops, bars and restaurants.
