" A detached two bedroom house now in need of extensive refurbishment and modernisation, enjoying a semi-rural location on the edge of Sidbury.


Birch Cottage benefits from a pleasant location on the edge of Sidbury, with some far-reaching views over neighbouring fields yet within a reasonable distance of the village centre. The property is now in need of a programme of refurbishment and modernisation, although we understand that in 2005 the main roof was replaced, with the porch roof being re-covered in 2007. The accommodation comprises an entrance lobby, porch, dining room, kitchen, sitting room and sun room, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.

Leave Sidmouth via Sidford Road and at the crossroad junction at Sidford continue straight across, joining the A375 signposted Sidbury and Honiton.
