" Attractively positioned in the grounds of a handsome country house, this detached stone-built period property is deceptively spacious and well-presented with three double bedrooms and scope to create further bedroom/living space, set within mature gardens, above the pretty town of Pateley Bridge.

An individual detached property which is charming and is desirably situated in a sought-after rural location in glorious countryside. The property is offered with gas-fired central heating, double glazed and hardwood windows and indivudual character including an attractive fireplace and exposed beams to the first floor.
