LOCAL AREA INFORMATION Brockdish is located alongside the A143 having been bypassed several years ago. Within the village is a primary school and a village pub. It is well situated with good access twixt the market towns of Harleston (4 miles) and Diss (5 miles). Both towns offer of a range of shops and schools with a variety of social amenities. (Diss mainline railway station on the Norwich to London Liverpool Street line with the journey to London taking around 90 minutes.) The Heritage coast at Southwold is around 45 minutes by car and the Cathedral city of Norwich lies 20 miles to the north, whilst Ipswich is some 25 miles to the south via the A140. There is a regular bus service from the village.  "
