" Hidden away in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the town, this home offers its new owners the chance to move in with no updating required. Step inside to find spacious, open plan living that flows well from room to room and accommodates the whole family. Let me tell you about the space inside, the kitchen has been modernised by the current owners and provides space for informal dining. With French doors onto the rear garden it is ideal for parties and bbq's. The large, open plan living/dining room gives plenty of space for all the family and works perfectly for entertaining family and friends, with a big picture window to the front and patio doors opening onto the secluded rear garden the room is bright and airy. This home is practical too, with 3 very good size bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes, even the smallest is still a double room. The bathroom has also been updated and is a picture of pure luxury, with striking grey tiling and clean, simple lines, the perfect place to relax and enjoy a bath at the end of a busy day! Outside there is a lovely, sunny, level garden which is not over looked from any angle and gives a feeling of space and seclusion whilst still only being a short distance from the town. There is a good amount of space externally, and subject to planning consents there could be scope to further extend this home. We bought the house just over 10 years ago and it has suited us perfectly throughout the years. The location has been brilliant for lots of reasons, it is less than 10 minutes walk into town and has been excellent for the local schools, with our boys going to Holmesdale, Reigate Priory and Reigate School. Other than the location we were attracted to the house because it is such a good size, there are lots of big windows and it always feels very light and open. The road is quiet and safe and it does not feel too hemmed in as we have plenty of room around us. For us, parking was a big issue, with 2 cars we struggled to find anywhere else so close to town with space for both ourselves as well as any visitors.
