'We chose this spot to build because we wanted to be near to the centre of the town so that we could nip to shops and schools without worrying about having to drive everywhere. It’s also really private both at the front and rear since we kept the old original boundary wall. We designed the layout so that we could have as much space as possible but also couldn’t resist indulging ourselves by adding features such as a log burner so we can relax in front of a crackling log fire. We’ll miss this house and especially the garden and are sure that the next owners will love it just as much as we have.'
