" An excellent first time buyer or investment property. A very good size home with 21'5" lounge/diner, 10'4" kitchen plus both bedrooms are doubles. Some modernisation is required. It also has a garage en-bloc, which is very close to the rear of the property. It is situated on a pedestrianised walkway with ample shared parking area to the side.
