" This 3 bedroom semi-detached chalet bungalow is situated in the highly regarded village of Tokers Green, close to Reading & Caversham town centres. Since the current owners purchased the property 5 years ago it has been rennovated throughout and is now offered to the market in immcaulate condition. With a view to increasing the ground floor living space the existing garage has been transformed into a large kitchen/breakfast room and open plan living area. AWAITING EPC
ACCOMMODATION
The house is set back from the road at the end of a two car driveway and nicely presented front garden. On entering the home there is a cloakroom/wc and utlity room to the left hand side with a long hallway leading to the open plan kitchen/breakfast room with underfloor heating and 21ft sitting room.
