DESCRIPTION
Recently refurbished two bedroom apartment in the sought after location of Teignmouth.

This property is a short walk from Teignmouth seafront and the train station. Teignmouth is just a short 10 minute drive from Newton Abbot and allows easy access to Dawlish, Exeter and the surrounding areas.

The property comprises of 2 double bedrooms, modern kitchen, bathroom and large lounge area. The property was refurbished 9 months ago and is in excellent condition. This is a basement flat but provides plenty of natural light.

The property is available late May, viewings are highly advised.

Unfortunatley we wouldn't be able to accept housing benefits, small pets and children are welcome.
