" This is certainly one for you to view. This modern style end of terrace house is in an enviable position adjacent to the picturesque Faversham Creek and just a short stroll to the town centre. Faversham town has a combination of specialists shops and well known High Street stores including a choice of supermarkets. In addition there are two health centres and a cottage hospital. Packed with places of interest from country houses and gardens to the UK's oldest brewery, Faversham offers many facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the Royal Cinema, Arden Theatre, Sports Centre and selection of cafes, pubs, restaurants and takeaway establishments.As you walk through the door on the ground floor of this property, there is a useful utility/cloakroom and personal door to garage. On the first floor, there is a light and airy lounge/diner being 26' in length leading into the kitchen area. From the lounge there is a balcony giving views over Faversham Creek. I purchased this property approximately 7 years ago and have enjoyed owning it as it is in a great location. It has lovely views across Faversham Creek and is only a short walk away from the town centre, which is a busy market town offering some great pubs, restaurants and other amenities. If you need access to the station, then this is close by as are good transport links.The garden is lovely and sunny with a useful paved lower garden area for extra storage, the lounge is a bright and sunny room with views to the front over Faversham Creek.This is a lovely property and I am sure you will enjoy living here.
